THC Service Ready — Hospitality Standard

For operators & hospitality leaders

Your operation.
Your next
right step.

You don’t need every answer today.
You need a thoughtful way forward.

Whether you lead a restaurant, hotel, venue, entertainment concept, or multi-unit group, start with the level of readiness your team needs.

Before the first pour

Four questions.
A clearer starting point.

A practical conversation about your operation—not a one-size-fits-all rollout.

01Is there a responsible path for our operation?

Start with the questions specific to your setting: licensing, local requirements, product formats, insurance, and risk. Readiness begins with understanding what applies to you.

02Can our staff guide guests confidently?

Prepare the team to explain dose, onset, and pacing, identify products, respond to common questions, and recognize when a manager should step in.

03Can our managers reinforce consistent service?

Connect staff learning with SOPs, pre-shift coaching, POS controls, escalation standards, and incident documentation.

04How do we move from readiness to rollout?

Bring training and operating standards together with menu strategy, controlled pilot planning, performance measurement, and responsible expansion.

Clear scope. Clear pricing.

A few practical answers

Before we talk.

What is included in the annual training packages?

Staff Certification includes up to 10 staff learners per location, individual learner accounts, knowledge checks, digital certificates, and completion reporting. Staff + Manager Training adds manager-focused modules and practical leadership tools.

How is TSR Complete different from certification alone?

Certification prepares the people. TSR Complete connects that training to implementation through readiness assessment, compliance and insurance coordination, menu strategy, pilot planning, performance measurement, and rollout support.

Do we need to already be serving THC beverages to use TSR?

No. TSR can support teams that are exploring the category, preparing for launch, piloting a program, or strengthening an existing THC beverage operation.

Does certification establish legal permission or insurance coverage?

No. Training and certification do not establish legal permission to serve or guarantee insurance coverage. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and must be confirmed for each operation.

How does TSR help with compliance, licensing, and insurance questions?

TSR helps operators identify relevant requirements, documentation, operational questions, and next steps, and can coordinate with appropriate specialists where needed. Final legal, regulatory, licensing, and insurance determinations remain with the applicable authorities and providers.
